Shaun’s Fresh Café Mural

Painted by self-taught artist Blake Pollard, this vibrant mural celebrates Boorowa’s local landscape and wildlife. It features grazing sheep, a platypus paddling through a stream, a parrot in mid-flight, golden honeycomb, buzzing bees, and a whimsical purple birdhouse. One of the largest murals in town, it’s a playful and colourful tribute to the area’s natural beauty.

About the Artist: Blake Pollard

Blake Pollard is a self-taught aerosol artist from Western Sydney with over 25 years of experience. Originally immersed in the graffiti scene, he transitioned into commissioned mural work around age 20 and now runs his own business, Aerosol Walls. His bold, colourful public artworks celebrate community, landscape and everyday life, and he’s proud to wake up every day doing the work he loves.
