Caroline Chisholm Mural
Rudy Kistler’s mural pays tribute to humanitarian and social reformer Caroline Chisholm. The mural is inspired by her extensive writing. At the mural’s centre, Caroline sits at her desk, writing letters that take flight across the ocean, colliding with ships arriving from Britain. To the right, Kistler depicts a historic view of Goulburn’s pastoral landscape, complete with grazing merinos.
